This unique home in King Township features 15 feet plus ceiling heights, large concrete decks open to the natural forestry of the site, heavy timber construction on a 5 acre treed lot, in the Oakridge’s Moraine. Client was concerned with the size of the storm pond and natural stone retaining walls required to meet municipal approvals and elected to downsize the development and eliminate these features from the design. Dental Facility Burlington CMC Services was acting as the Construction Manager for the development. Project was designed and coordinated to meet the client’s needs; permits and approval’s  were obtained. Client placed project on hold prior to construction start, in September of 2015. We will build this at some date in the future!…
